LIZBETH K. GARCIA-BRAVO, PhD
Licensed Psychologist · Co-Founder
I am a bilingual licensed psychologist and work primarily with high-achieving adults balancing the pressures of personal, relational, and professional life. Many of my clients are accustomed to carrying significant responsibility and appearing capable on the outside, while privately feeling overwhelmed, stuck, lonely, disconnected, or unsure of what they need.
It takes courage to look at ourselves honestly and with self-compassion. My role is to guide that process in a supportive, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth way. Together, we create a trusting space where you can share your full story, including your struggles and successes alike, and explore your experiences with curiosity and openness. I believe you are the expert on your own experience, and my role is to help you deepen your understanding of yourself and what matters most to you.
My approach draws from humanistic, relational, mindfulness-based, and cognitive behavioral therapies. My style is grounded in empathy, attentiveness, authenticity, and a genuine sense of humor. I work with concerns including anxiety, stress and burnout, perfectionism, relationships and communication, adult ADHD, and major life transitions. I provide individual and group therapy, as well as psychological assessment services, in both English and Spanish.
I was raised in Houston and have called Texas home my entire life. My husband and I settled in San Antonio to raise our two children (and one very loved dog). Outside the office, you’ll find me gardening, trying new restaurants, traveling or daydreaming about traveling, volunteering with pet rescues, or at a live music show.
Dr. Garcia-Bravo earned her PhD and MA in Counseling Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. She completed her APA-approved internship and postdoctoral residency at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System.
Her work and training experience spans a variety of settings, including private practice, university counseling centers, Veterans’ hospitals and clinics, and brain injury rehabilitation programs. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, Bexar County Psychological Association, and San Antonio Association of Relational Therapists.
Dr. Garcia-Bravo has been a licensed psychologist in Texas since 2009 and is authorized to provide telepsychology in participating PSYPACT states.

ALEXANDER QUIROS, PhD, MBA
Licensed Psychologist · Co-Founder
I am a bilingual licensed psychologist and work with individuals, professionals, and organizations through individual therapy, psychological assessment, consultation, and education. I believe we all want the same basic things: to be happy, healthy, safe, and at peace. Yet we aren’t always clear on how to get there sustainably. My role is to help you develop greater insight and find meaningful ways to navigate the challenges in front of you.
My approach integrates modern psychological science with more than 25 years of study and practice in meditation and mindfulness. I bring these perspectives to my work with individuals as well as to consultations, workshops, and presentations focused on leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and wellbeing.
I have particular expertise in psychological assessment, including evaluations for religious life candidates such as seminarians, deacons, novices, and other clergy aspirants. I approach assessment as a collaborative process designed to provide useful insight and a clearer understanding of the individual. I provide psychological and assessment services in both English and Spanish.
Outside the office, I’m a husband and father who enjoys woodworking, often using reclaimed wood. I also volunteer my time teaching mindfulness at local Buddhist temples and hospitals.
Dr. Quiros earned his PhD and MA in Clinical Psychology from Texas A&M University. He specialized in clinical assessment, with an emphasis on forensic evaluations and bilingual assessment and psychotherapy. He completed his APA-approved internship at UT Health San Antonio. Murphy Memorial Veterans' Hospital, and as a clinical scientist with WCG.
He has worked as a consultant and assessment expert for Pearson and taught graduate and undergraduate courses at several universities. He also holds an MBA in Corporate Finance and has conducted more than 100 workshops nationally and internationally.
Dr. Quiros has been a licensed psychologist since 2008 (in Texas since 2010) and is authorized to provide telepsychology in participating PSYPACT states.
