NEW CLIENT INQUIRIES
For the quickest response, please use our secure inquiry form rather than calling the office. Because we are often in session during business hours, phone inquiries may take longer to return. After reviewing your inquiry, we may arrange a brief phone consultation if needed before scheduling.
RESPONSE TIME
We typically respond to secure inquiries within 1–2 business days.
AVAILABILITY
In-person services are available in San Antonio. Telehealth appointments may be available for clients located in Texas and participating PSYPACT states, depending on the service and whether virtual care is appropriate.
PRIVATE-PAY PRACTICE
Our practice is private pay and does not participate with insurance plans.
